In 2020, STIB launched a new programme to improve the company's operational efficiency and control its costs even better, while guaranteeing the quality of its customer service.

The effects of this programme will make it possible, on the one hand, to improve working conditions for staff and, on the other hand, to help finance new investments in mobility in Brussels.
