Operational performance
Since being better organised and more coherent allows the company to offer a better service to its customers, STIB improves its performance by deploying the Quality Management System according to the ISO9001 standard. This contributes to the cross-cutting performance of the divisions' activities and to the satisfaction of internal and external customers.
In 2020, the Legal and Technical Field Support entities obtained their first ISO9001 certification. They join the other STIB departments that are already certified.
In 2020, 74% of the company's employees were ISO9001 certified.
