How is satisfaction measured?

The satisfaction barometer is carried out by an independent market research company - IPSOS - at the request of the Brussels-Capital Region. The last survey was conducted from 20 October 2020 to 11 January 2021 based on an online questionnaire and a telephone questionnaire. 8,517 customers completed the survey - 6,517 online and 2,000 by telephone.
