Training employees in digital mode

The STIB Academy had to reinvent itself as a result of the health crisis. Some training courses switched from face-to-face to digital mode. Other training courses were created to support employees and managers in this new mandatory teleworking situation. Training courses such as "Concentration and homeworking", "Bouncing back in times of coronavirus", "Remote management" and "Team meetings" were developed. A total of 306 sessions were held online. They had a total of 8,296 participants.

The temporary closure of the training centres led to several delays in the start dates of employees who had to attend driver training, for example. However, training has resumed since the reopening and courses continue under strict sanitary measures. Among the new features, metro drivers can now sit in the driver's cabin of the new M7 simulator.
